Customer: Hi. I would like to mail these two parcels.
Post office clerk: No problem. Where do you want them sent?
Customer: Well, they go to different places. The green one goes to Sydney, and that yellow parcel is for Shanghai.
Post office clerk: OK. How would you like to send the parcels, by airmail or by surface mail?
Customer: By air mail please, it is a lot faster than by surface mail.
Post office clerk: You are right. We provide both international express service and domestic express service for urgent parcels. But the postage by express service is higher than the regular service.
Customer: That"s fair enough. I am happy to pay for extra postage as long as you can guarantee me these parcels can arrive on time.
Post office clerk: Don’t worry. These two registered airmail parcels by express service can be received in 5 working days.
Customer: Great. How much do I need to pay in total for the parcels?
Post office clerk: It"s 300 yuan. Do you need packing bag for express service?
Customer: Yes, please. Can I have the receipts please so that I can track them down in case something goes wrong?
Post office clerk: Sure! Please just fill in your I.D. number and phone number. We provide online real time tracking service to help you locate your parcels.
Customer: It’s amazing. Do I have to write down the zip code in the address as well?
Post office clerk: It is strongly recommended you include the zip code because it is easier for the courier to find the correct mailing place.
Customer: Thank you very much.
Post office clerk: Here is your receipt. Contact us if your friends still don"t receive the parcels after 5 working days.
